Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience to join a successful team based in Wetherby. The successful Private Client Solicitor will be working with excellent administration support, flexibility over hours, hybrid working and progression opportunities. The role is a permanent position (9am-5pm) available on a full time or reduced hours basis.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be experienced and expected to confidently run their own caseload of private client matters which may encompass wills, LPAs, Trusts, Estate Administration and Court of Protection.
- You will be tasked with providing an excellent service for high-net-worth individuals.
Person specification
- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives who are experienced in Private Client matters; the firm will consider those newly-qualified up to highly experienced individuals, provided you have the relevant private client experience.
- You will have a high level of interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain a friendly and sensitive manner, be articulate, cooperative and self-confident when dealing with client enquiries.
- Those with STEP qualifications, or other relevant private client qualifications would be welcomed, although support will be given to achieve those.
