Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful firm based either in their York or Wetherby offices. It is a great opportunity to use and develop your skillset in a supportive environment where you will be responsible for your own complex caseload.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for running their own caseload across the full range of commercial property matters, with support of a Legal Secretary.
- You will provide excellent client service levels and be experienced in building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work.
Person specification
- Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who have previous experience in Commercial Property, often of a complex nature.
- You will have a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
- You will also have exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, agents and work colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.

- Salary outlined is purely a guide and will be competitive and commensurate on experience.
- You will be given 20 days holiday + bank holidays + you don’t have to save any for Christmas closure (so equating to around 23-25 days most years).
