I'm recruiting Financial Advisers in Altrincham for the desk-based proposition of an independent financial planning firm. £45k basic + commission, Y1 OTE c. £73,000, with day-one earnings on a pre-booked appointment flow.
This is a different Financial Adviser role to most you'll see in the North West. There's no prospecting, no cold desk, no slow build to OTE. The firm has built an established lead source that feeds pre-booked appointments to the adviser team — every meeting in the diary is a warm enquiry from a client looking to discuss pensions, retirement planning, or tax-efficient strategies.
The firm is a circa £1bn AUM independent financial planning practice with 40 advisers across multiple offices. All staff eligible for a £3,600 tax-free annual bonus post-probation (c. £5,000 gross equivalent). The desk-based proposition runs alongside the firm's traditional advice arm, with central research and paraplanning supporting both.
Hybrid working is part of the model. The current desk-based team operates out of Altrincham, and that's the anchor for new hires — with hybrid flex available once embedded.
