The Legal Secretary / Assistant – Conveyancing job will see you working closely with the Joint Head of Conveyancing, providing essential administrative and legal support across a busy caseload. Responsibilities within this role include:

  • Opening and closing files in accordance with firm procedures
  • Drafting standard correspondence and legal documentation
  • Preparing residential conveyancing contract packs
  • Submitting and managing property searches

  • Supporting exchange, completion, and post-completion processes
  • Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
