Eventus Legal is seeking a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Assistant with experience in Residential Conveyancing matters to join a successful, growing law firm based in Tynemouth. This is a full‑time, permanent position with hours of 9 AM – 5 PM. Benefits include hybrid working, 25 days holiday (increasing with service) plus your birthday as an extra day off and a Christmas closure that you don’t have to save holiday for.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Residential Conveyancing team.
  • Audio typing.
  • Operating on the case‑management system (Proclaim).
  • Diary management.
  • Scanning documents.
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals.
  • General administration relating to residential property work.

Person Specification

We are looking for applications from individuals who have previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Secretary, minimum of 2 years but highly experienced options will also be considered. Additionally, you will have the following skills and attributes:
