The Commercial Property Solicitor will work closely with senior members of the team, including the Team Leader and Head of Department, and will be trusted with a varied and interesting caseload from the outset. The role offers a salary of £50-70k depending on experience, hybrid work, bonus scheme, private healthcare, employer pension contributions, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, and free parking.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Property Solicitor will be based in Tonbridge, Kent and be responsible for managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters. The day‑to‑day responsibilities within this role include:
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Acting on secured lending transactions
- Assisting with development projects
- Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development activities within the Commercial Property team
