The Eventus Recruitment Group are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a team, based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. This is a full-time, permanent position. Benefits include flexible / hybrid working, a generous holiday allowance, discounted legal services and regular company events.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a welcoming team of Solicitors, paralegals and legal assistants that have a wealth of experience in all areas of conveyancing. The candidate will be dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including:

  • Agricultural property
  • Commercial sales and purchases
  • Commercial landlord and tenant including new leases
  • Non-contentious lease renewals
  • Licences and other documents ancillary to commercial leases
  • Option agreements and conditional sale and purchase agreements
  • Commercial property finance
  • Sale and lease back
  • Overage agreements
  • Deeds of grant

Person Specification

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property. The candidate will be professional and proactive with the ability to provide excellent client care. The candidate will also be able to:

  • Show a keen eye for detail
  • Prioritise deadlines
  • Show willingness to work independently
