Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with an emphasis on Property Litigation to join a highly successful law firm with offices across the South East. This is a full‑time, permanent job offering hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home up to four days a week and attend any of the firm’s offices across London and the Home Counties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing legal practice known for its supportive culture, flexible working and industry‑leading bonus structure, which includes a generous 20% bonus after exceeding 3.5 times salary in billing.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied caseload of property‑related disputes. You’ll work with a broad client base across commercial and residential property, including landlords, tenants, developers, and managing agents.

  • Managing a caseload of property disputes including boundary issues, landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, and dilapidations
  • Advising clients on contentious issues relating to commercial leases, property damage and nuisance
  • Handling possession proceedings and injunction applications
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
  • Working collaboratively with other departments including Real Estate and Private Client to provide joined‑up service
  • Business development and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

This job would suit a Litigation Solicitor with an emphasis on property litigation, strong technical knowledge and a client‑first mindset. The incoming applicant will thrive in a flexible, collaborative environment and be confident managing files independently.

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Property Litigation
