The incoming Employment Fee Earner will work within the firm’s recognised Employment Law practice, advising on a wide variety of workplace disputes and employment matters. The team provides specialist legal advice to help both businesses and individuals navigate complex employment issues and protect rights at work.
You will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on employment law issues including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Managing your own caseload of tribunal and dispute matters with direction from senior colleagues
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements, tribunal bundles and correspondence
- Attending and representing clients at Employment Tribunals, settlement meetings and pre‑hearing discussions
- Collaborating with barristers, witnesses and external advisors to prepare cases for hearings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with both new and existing clients
