Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) to join a well‑established law firm in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for an established and varied caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial sales and purchases
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for Landlords and Tenants)
  • Option agreements and overage arrangements
  • Commercial property finance transactions
  • Agricultural property matters
  • Advising on development‑related agreements where applicable
  • Supporting the growth and development of the Property department

This position offers exposure to high‑quality commercial work across North Yorkshire and the Dales.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience handling commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals
