Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor /FCILEx/ Fee‑Earner to join a law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job with hybrid working (up to 2 days per week). Other benefits include a 25‑day holiday allowance plus bank holidays, rising with service and Christmas week closure, free parking, flexi‑hours, hybrid working and performance bonus.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts and estate planning.
  • Performing fee‑earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality risk management procedures.
  • Assisting the Director with management of junior team members.

This role also has the opportunity for progression to head of department for someone who wishes to take a more formal managerial role within the business.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or those qualified by experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters, especially the more complex elements of trust and estate planning. You will also:

  • Have excellent IT skills including operating a case‑management system.
  • Have the ability to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Be willing to participate in business development activities.
