Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job with hybrid working (2‑3 days per week remote from home). Other benefits include an annual bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance with the opportunity to buy and sell holidays and enhanced maternity / paternity leave.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Leading the team alongside the Head of Department
- Advising clients (by email, telephone or in face‑to‑face meetings) on all aspects of the Residential Conveyancing process
- Progressing your own caseload of files, both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchase (along with all associated matters)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Business development tasks
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in running their own caseload. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Excellent I.T skills
- Client care skills are essential
