Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced and motivated Fee Earning Conveyancer to join a well established and expanding law firm in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening and growing our clients Sheffield office, contributing directly to the firm’s ongoing and continued success.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing expert guidance to clients, liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You will join a forward thinking team that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service, working in an environment where collaboration, professionalism, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Role Responsibilities- Personally manage client property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Provide a high level of client focused, traditional quality service
- Act as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process
- Proactively progress transactions to minimise delays and reduce client stress
- Identify, manage, and resolve issues arising during sales and purchases
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, including the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
- Uphold high standards of client care and practice management in line with Lexcel accreditation requirements
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high quality, personalised legal services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and estate agents.
