The incoming Child Care Solicitor will be responsible for providing expert legal representation and advice in childcare law, managing a caseload of both public and private law matters, and advocating on behalf of clients in court. You will work closely with clients, social workers, and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in dealing with all aspects of childcare matters. You will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
- Strong advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients effectively in court
- A compassionate, client‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building skills
- LAA Supervisor status is preferable but not essential
