Eventus Legal are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in Darlington. This is a permanent, full-time role. Benefits include a bonus scheme, long service awards and a rising holiday allowance.

Role Responsibilities

  • The incoming Employment Solicitor will be responsible for dealing with all employment matters from new enquiries.
  • Providing initial advice to employers and employees.
  • Conducting employment tribunal claims (for claimants and respondents).

Person Specification

  • Excellent knowledge in Employment matters and experience in running their own caseload.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC/keyboard skills.
