About the Role
This Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer job will be at Managing Associate or Partner level and presents a rare opportunity to join an expanding and well-established dispute resolution team at a pivotal stage of its growth. Based primarily in Manchester, with flexibility to work from Liverpool or Lancashire, you will play a key role in strengthening senior leadership within the team. The department has developed rapidly in recent years and is now handling a strong pipeline of complex and high-value disputes. As a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will oversee a varied caseload including High Court litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder matters, and international arbitration work. Clients span a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, professional services, private equity-backed businesses, and international organisations. A core focus of this job will be supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, ensuring matters are effectively supervised while maintaining high standards of client service. You will also contribute to strategic growth, working closely with senior leadership to develop client relationships and identify new opportunities, although the majority of work is generated through an established client base and internal referrals.

- Qualified solicitor with ideally 10+ years’ experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution

- Confidence contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives
