Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children disputes.
- Conducting own advocacy in court hearings and representing clients effectively in proceedings.
- Progressing matters from initial instruction through to settlement or final hearing with minimal supervision.
- Drafting applications, statements and legal documents with a high level of accuracy and clarity.
- Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties to progress matters efficiently and maintain strong client care standards.
