Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team based in Middlesborough. The successful candidate will be working with admin support and will join the team on a permanent basis.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of Residential Conveyancing specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters.
- You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion.
- There is very good administration support provided as part of this role.
Person specification
- Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers who are qualified within a minimum of 3 PQE, no upper limit.
- Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers are all encouraged to apply, and the seniority of the role and the progression can be tailored to suit you.
- You will have experience across all areas of residential conveyancing and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision.
- Client care skills are paramount as is a high amount of I.T capability.
