Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancer to join a growing Residential Property team in Redditch, Worcestershire. This is a permanent, full‑time job based in Redditch, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience, hybrid working, and an attractive bonus structure. About the Role
This Conveyancer job offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse residential property caseload within a well‑established and expanding team. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client service while managing matters independently from instruction through to completion. The position provides a varied workload, opportunities to support junior colleagues, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the Residential Property department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post‑completion
- Overseeing residential sales and purchases for a broad client base
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
- Supporting and mentoring conveyancing assistants within the department
- Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other legal services offered by the firm
- Handling remortgage and equity release matters
- Advising on transfer of equity transactions and matrimonial property transfers
- Reviewing and investigating freehold and leasehold titles
- Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols and regulatory requirements
- Providing support to other offices within the firm when required
- Maintaining accurate file management and case progression throughout transactions
About You
Applications are welcomed from Conveyancers, Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or highly experienced non‑qualified fee earners with a strong background in conveyancing.

- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and case management
