Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience to join a successful team based in Redcar. The successful candidate will be working with excellent administration support, with excellent benefits including hybrid working. The role is a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be experienced and expected to confidently run their own caseload of private client matters which may encompass wills, probate and estate administration, court of protection, LPA’s along with creating and managing trusts and advising on Inheritance Tax issues.
Person specification
- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives who are experienced in Private Client matters, ideally those above 2-3 PQE (no upper limit).
- You will have a high level of interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain a friendly and sensitive manner, be articulate, cooperative and self-confident when dealing with client enquiries.
- Those with STEP qualifications, or other relevant private client qualifications would be welcomed.
