Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Property Litigator to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary law firm based in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time job offering an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters. About the Role

As the incoming Property Litigator, you will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, working closely with partners and senior solicitors. You will be trusted with autonomy while benefitting from strong administrative and paralegal support. This job will involve working on a broad range of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals, forfeiture, and possession proceedings
  • Boundary and easement disputes
  • Breach of covenant claims
  • Party wall and rights-of-way matters
  • Property-related professional negligence

You will work closely with a loyal client base comprising both private individuals and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigator, Property Disputes Solicitor or Real Estate Litigation Solicitor seeking to join a progressive firm with genuine career prospects.

About You

The successful Property Litigator will ideally be a solicitor, legal executive or experienced litigation fee earner with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE (or equivalent experience) in property litigation. You will have sound technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving. To be successful, you should demonstrate:

  • Experience managing your own caseload of property litigation matters
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
