Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner to join a law firm based in Silsden, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time job, although part-time working will be considered. Other benefits include a 23-day holiday allowance (rising with service) and genuine support with development.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of private client fee earning work.
- Building and maintaining excellent client and third-party referrer relationships.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Management of all aspects of private client work including will drafting, inheritance tax planning, trust creation and administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications, and probate and estate administration, in accordance with detailed procedures and quality standards.
- Working to agreed levels of billing, time recording, aged debt, and other agreed key performance indicators.
- Progression of all client work in a timely and accurate manner, keeping the client regularly informed on progress and on costs.
- Maintenance of the confidentiality and security of all documentation and information of the practice and clients, including the use of our case management system.
Person Specification
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Fee Earners with experience in dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters.
- Show a keen eye for detail.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales.
- Good I.T skills.
