Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly successful firm in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity within the firm's Private Client department, which is ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers. This is a permanent position offering fantastic benefits including a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays which increases incrementally, a pension scheme and hybrid working is also on offer.
Role Responsibilities
- The incoming Private Client Solicitor will manage a full caseload whilst offering support to the overall team and partners where required.
- The successful applicant will have access to immediate and high quality work involving family/wealth protection and strategic planning, and will include cases related to:
- Creation and administration of trusts
- Probate matters and the administration of estates
- Court of Protection
- Elderly client/capacity matters

- Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives, from NQ upwards, that are either STEP qualified or keen to study for this qualification.
