Eventus Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join a highly regarded and well established law firm based in Bromley, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The role offers a salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, pension, and clear progression and development opportunities including support towards qualification.
Role Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Supporting the administration of estates including gathering asset information and preparing inheritance tax documentation
- Handling probate applications and liaising with the Probate Registry
- Managing correspondence with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and HMRC
- Maintaining accurate records and case files
- Providing administrative support to solicitors within the Private Client team
- Assisting with file management, compliance, and onboarding procedures
- Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient progression of matters
Person Specification
The successful Private Client Paralegal in Bromley, Kent will have prior experience within a Private Client team and demonstrate a strong interest in this area of law. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:
