As the Paralegal based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, you will support solicitors and fee earners across a variety of legal matters while developing practical legal and client management skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting solicitors with matters across multiple practice areas
  • Supporting teams in corporate and commercial, civil litigation, residential conveyancing, employment, commercial property, intellectual property, and insolvency
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and client communications
  • Conducting legal research and preparing supporting documentation
  • Managing files and assisting with matter progression
  • Liaising professionally with clients, third parties, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting case administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with business development, networking, and marketing activities where required

Person Specification
