Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancer to join a multi-office firm in the Cramlington, Northumberland office. This is a permanent job, offered either full-time or on a reduced working week. The firm offers a generous salary (depending on experience), along with a holiday allowance of 28 days plus bank holidays, free parking, hybrid working, health package and death in service.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Conveyancer will be responsible for successfully running a large caseload of a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters unsupervised. The variation in matters includes freehold, leasehold, new builds, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and rectifying titles etc. You will use Redbrick case-management system working in a team of 4.
Person specification
Applications are sought from experienced Conveyancers with the following skills and experience:
- Ability to run your own caseload of sale and purchase matters
- A strong desire to offer outstanding service
- Self-supporting from on admin matters
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Case Management Software (Redbrick) is essential
- Ability to work as part of a team to contribute to the friendly working atmosphere
