Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal Secretary with experience in residential conveyancing to join a successful, growing law firm based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. This is a full‑time, permanent job position. Role Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients over the telephone and in person
  • To prepare correspondence and legal documents accurately from dictation and in a timely manner
  • To regularly maintain an effective filing system, archiving and retrieving files from storage when required and opening and closing files
  • To undertake administrative tasks such as copying when necessary
  • Diary management for any fee earner you are supporting

Person Specification
