Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a firm based in Newcastle. This is a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity with benefits that include a competitive salary, performance-related bonus payments and a generous holiday allowance, rising with service.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing your own complex caseload of mid-high value divorce, finance and private law children matters
- Drafting complex orders
- Advising clients on all other areas of privately funded family matters including, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements and child disputes.
Person Specification
- The incoming Family Solicitor will be able to work independently and provide excellent levels of knowledge around all aspects of Family Law.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability and use of own initiative
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
- Excellent PC/keyboard skills
