Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Conveyancer to join a well‑established law firm in Manchester on a permanent basis. This hybrid job offers the chance to manage a high‑quality and varied residential property caseload while benefiting from genuine career development and support from experienced colleagues. This role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, qualified or non-qualified, who seeks greater autonomy, exposure to complex transactions and long‑term progression within a growing property team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to post‑completion.
- Taking ownership of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including matters involving Building Safety Act considerations.
- Handling auction transactions, bridging finance matters and remortgages.
- Managing transfers of equity and new build property transactions.
- Providing practical and commercially focused guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other legal professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk procedures.
- Supporting the development of junior colleagues where appropriate.
- Maintaining efficient progression of files to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
About You
You will have experience managing residential conveyancing matters and be confident handling transactions with minimal supervision. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx professionals and experienced non‑qualified Fee Earners with the relevant level of expertise.
