Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the busy property team of a highly regarded North West law firm. This is a permanent, full-time job based in Lytham, offering hybrid working and a high-quality residential property caseload. This is a varied and engaging position for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with experience running a caseload of residential property transactions. You will join a close-knit and supportive team handling matters from instruction to post-completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a busy caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
- Delivering clear, accurate legal advice to clients and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Utilising a Case Management System and ensuring compliance with all procedures
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure seamless progression of matters
- Drafting legal documentation and reviewing contracts and title documents
- Liaising with other departments to support broader client relationships
- Supporting marketing and business development activities as required
This opportunity will suit a Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about property law and confident in working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You'll enjoy dealing directly with clients and guiding them through the legal process with care and clarity.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- Minimum 1 years' experience handling residential property transactions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Good IT skills, particularly with case management systems
- A commercial mindset and proactive approach to client service
