This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE who is looking to lead on high volume commercial contract work within a professional and commercially focused environment.
The role offers a salary of £70,000 to £100,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, a performance bonus of up to 20%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and two days at Christmas.

Role ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Solicitor will be based in the City of London and will be responsible for managing a busy commercial contracts caseload. The day to day responsibilities within this role include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising on share purchase agreements and business acquisitions and disposals
- Acting as the primary legal point of contact for contract related queries
- Advising on contractual risk, liability, indemnities, and dispute resolution provisions
- Advising on data protection, confidentiality, and intellectual property provisions
- Supporting negotiations while balancing legal and commercial priorities
- Developing contract templates and internal guidance
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Mentoring junior colleagues
The successful Commercial Solicitor in the City of London will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE and strong contracts focused experience. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:
