Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee‑Earner to join a law firm based in Skegness, Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job with hybrid working (up to 2 days per week). Other benefits include a 25‑day holiday allowance plus bank holidays, rising with service and Christmas week closure, free parking, flexi‑hours, hybrid working and performance bonus.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters and progressing the cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Dealing with matters such as commercial sales and purchases, leases and extensions, declaration of trusts and loan agreements, deeds of covenants, licences to assign, underlet and alter and commercial lending.
  • Assisting the Head of Department with management of junior team members.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Fee‑Earners with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property matters. Experience outlined above is essential, but if you have experience of leasehold enfranchisement, small business acquisitions or dealing with unregistered land, this would be a bonus.

You will also:

  • Have strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach to your work.
