Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join a successful law firm based in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will be working alongside a high-performing team, with progression opportunities. The role is a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be supported by a Conveyancing Assistant to progress a caseload of residential conveyancing files which will include sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold), title checks, remortgage, equity release and associated matters.
- You will be responsible for managing your team, and ultimately supervising the caseload.
Person specification
- Applications are sought from candidates with over 5 years’ experience of managing their own caseload whether you be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer, or those qualified by experience.
- You will have experience holding your own caseload of residential conveyancing files and will be focussed on client care and maintaining relationships, both externally and internally.
