Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours and genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

  • The incoming Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be handling clinical negligence cases from start to finish, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
  • You will be expected to positively contribute and take part in business development.

Person Specification

  • The successful candidate will have experience either exclusively or predominantly in running a claimant clinical negligence caseload.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
    • Critical thinking
    • Ability to present and argue a case orally and in writing
    • Possess a keen eye for detail
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
