Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in the South Lakes, Cumbria. This permanent Private Client Fee Earner job can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis and presents an excellent opportunity to develop within a well-established private client team while working in the beautiful South Lakes region. You can be based in any of their offices in the South Lakes making this role commutable for those based in Kendal, Windermere, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, Lancaster, Milnthorpe and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of matters including:
    • Powers of Attorney
    • Trusts
    • Wills
    • Probate
    • Tax planning
    • Estate administration

Person specification

  • Applications are sought from Private Client Fee Earners, either Legal Executive or Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and able to demonstrate the following:
    • Exceptional client care and service
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Friendly and approachable
    • Collaborative working
    • Flexible and positive approach to work
