About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Divorce & Family Lawyer or Legal Executive to work in a well‑established and forward‑thinking firm with offices across Cumbria. You’ll join a supportive team providing exceptional legal advice to clients during often difficult times.

  • Manage a caseload covering divorce, financial remedy, and private children law matters

  • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in family law, particularly divorce and finance
  • The ability to work with sensitivity and professionalism, particularly with vulnerable clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Resolution membership or willingness to work towards it (desirable)
  • Flexibility to travel to other offices or client meetings when necessary
  • Flexible approach to work
