- Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters for both private and commercial clients
- Apply your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and Tribunal processes
- Handle areas such as property disputes, contentious probate, commercial and residential landlord and tenant and employment disputes
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness through accurate time recording and billing
- Ensure compliance with all Lexcel and statutory standards
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent care and timely advice
- Contribute to the growth of the department through business development activities

- Experience in a range of dispute resolution areas such as land, boundary and neighbour disputes, contentious probate, commercial property, landlord and tenant, and employment law
- A willingness to expand into new areas of litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
- Experience with non-contentious work such as drafting contracts or business terms (desirable)
- The ability to work independently while being a team player
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices when required
