Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, Legal 500 law firm based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Role Responsibilities
- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
- Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Providing expert guidance on landlord and tenant matters.
- Managing projects and maintaining client relationships effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal processes.
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property matters.
- Technically proficient in commercial property law.
