Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a highly successful law firm based in Huddersfield. This role is a permanent position in a modern, close-knit team.

Role responsibilities:

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of Residential Conveyancing specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion. There is very good administration support provided as part of this role. The caseload is client facing, non-volume and not panel work.

Person specification:

  • Applications sought from Residential Conveyancers; Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee‑Earners encouraged.
  • Experience across all areas of residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage a caseload without supervision.
  • Client care skills are paramount.
  • High level of IT capability.
