Eventus Legal are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience to join a successful team based in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced and highly-regarded team, with secretarial support. This role is a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
- The incoming Personal Injury Solicitor or Paralegal will be part of a team that specialises in claimant personal injury work.
- You will be expected to manage a varied caseload mainly comprising Fast Track personal injury to include EL/PL/RTA with a small proportion of Multi Track.
- The caseload will include litigated cases.
- The candidate will be expected to handle claims from the initial consultation with the client until conclusion.
Person specification
- The prospective applicant must have experience of handling a similar caseload to the above.
- You will either be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3PQE.
- It is essential that you are fully conversant with the MOJ Portal and be able to litigate cases up to Stage 3.
- You will be an ambitious, focused and driven individual with a pro-active approach and willing to work as part of a close-knit team.
