Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant with previous experience in Residential Conveyancing to join a successful team based in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced Conveyancer to progress a caseload. The role is a permanent, full-time position.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancing Assistant will be working alongside an experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner who holds a busy caseload of residential conveyancing files. The work is high value, client-facing and is built upon repeat business therefore it is very important that your client care skills are excellent, and you have experience assisting with this type of caseload.

Person specification

Applications are sought from experienced Conveyancing Assistants who have extensive prior experience in residential conveyancing matters. We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to form a long-term Partnership with the conveyancer and be comfortable with this type of work from day one and so you must be experienced in this type of work. The team have excellent I.T packages in place, and it is essential that you are used to working on a connected, integrated I.T systems for quoting, file opening and case-progression.
