Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, Legal 500 law firm based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, annual pay reviews and bonus schemes, and discounted legal services.
Role Responsibilities
- Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
- Advising on and negotiating landlord and tenant agreements.
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal documents and contracts.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Person Specification
- Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with experience in commercial property matters.
- Be confident managing a busy and varied caseload.
