Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the Clinical Negligence team based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, permanent job. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, flexible working and genuine career progression.

Role Responsibilities

  • Taking initial detailed client enquiries, liaising with clients via telephone/email or face to face.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as opening new client files, undertaking ID checks, inputting case information onto the team’s case management system, archiving files, photocopying and scanning.
  • Assisting the support team to prepare bundles for Counsel, Court and medical experts.

Person Specification

  • Applications are sought from Legal Assistants / Professionals with experience in Clinical Negligence matters.
  • The ability to work alongside fee earners and have a sound understanding of the legal priorities and procedures.
  • A confident, courteous and professional telephone manner.
  • Preferably familiar with the Proclaim case management system and have a sound user knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent keyboard skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, be a team person who is pro-active.
