Eventus Legal are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm, in their Horsforth office. This is a permanent position, and the successful applicant will be rewarded with a generous salary (depending on experience), hybrid working, 26 days holiday (rising to 31 with service), group healthcare scheme and a companywide bonus.

Role responsibilities:

  • The incoming Residential Conveyancer will run a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, typically the more complex transactions, including both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, newbuild, transfer of equity and all associated matters.
  • There is secretarial support.

Person specification:

  • Qualified Residential Conveyancer: solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
  • Minimum 3 years PQE across all aspects of conveyancing.
  • Working hours are 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch. The current postholder works part-time (9am-2:45pm) but either part-time or full-time will be considered for the right applicant.
