Eventus Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a law firm based in Team Valley. This is a permanent position and can be offered on a full- or part-time basis with dedicated support.
Role Responsibilities
- The incoming Conveyancer will be responsible for handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, newbuild, transfer of equity and all other associated matters.
- Your caseload will be capped at 55 files to ensure continuity of client service and a positive working environment.
Person Specification
- Experienced Residential Conveyancer, ideally a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer; Fee‐Earners with extensive experience may also be considered.
- Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, use of CMS, and various conveyancing/estate agent portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐care attitude.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Highly organised.
- Willingness to adapt.
