About the Job
The incoming Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion. You will be joining an experienced and supportive team, working with a wide variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Reviewing and preparing contracts, title reports, and associated documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transaction progress
