An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor/Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Hertfordshire. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced Partner within a supportive and collaborative team, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including settlement agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, and supporting on more complex respondent and High Court matters. There will also be genuine opportunity to develop client relationships, network and contribute towards the continued growth of the department.

This position would suit an Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE who is confident managing their own workload, enjoys delivering excellent client care and is looking to join a firm that values long‑term development and progression. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach are essential.
