Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Senior Associate level for a thriving law firm based in Newcastle. This is a permanent position with full-time hours but flexible hours and hybrid working. Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays which rise with service, annual salary reviews and a travel subsidy scheme.
Role Responsibilities
The day-to-day role will involve independently managing an active caseload of fast and multi-track commercial and civil litigation cases, including company and shareholder disputes, property disputes, contentious probate and negligence. The successful Dispute Resolution Lawyer will very much have the autonomy to make this role their own and further develop the dispute resolution service offering, and you will be involved in both the team management and the business development for the team.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitors and Legal Executives, with ideally a minimum of 4 years PQE, although applications will be considered from those who can demonstrate relevant experience. You will be commercially minded and ambitious, with a background gained in both commercial and civil litigation. The ideal candidate will:

Benefits and Rewards
