Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join an established regional law firm in Coventry, West Midlands. Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and other conveyancing transactions.
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion while keeping clients updated throughout the process.
- Preparing, reviewing and progressing the legal documentation required for residential property transactions.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Managing competing priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy, compliance and strong client service.
Person Specification
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive would be advantageous, together with relevant residential property experience.
- At least three years' experience within a busy residential conveyancing environment.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and the ability to progress your own files effectively.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Confidence using legal technology and case management systems.
- A sound understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to residential conveyancing.
- A professional, discreet and client-focused approach.
