Eventus Legal are recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor (Property & Affairs) to join the Court of Protection team of a successful, growing, regional law firm, from their head office in Darlington, County Durham. This is a permanent position offered either full-time or 4 days per week.

Role Responsibilities:

The incoming Court of Protection Solicitor (Property & Affairs) will be joining a team of 4 fee-earners and 2 support staff. Personally, you will deal with a varied caseload of professional deputyship cases, complex Court of Protection applications and the creation and administration of personal injury trusts.

Person Specification:

Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors with a strong background in Court of Protection (Property & Affairs), with a minimum of 3 PQE. Financial knowledge would be advantageous as you will be managing clients’ financial affairs totalling many millions in assets and income.
